FINALLY, CAUGHT ONE OF THE ELUSIVE MANITOWOC 21000s AT WORK

I have finally seen a 21000 boomed up and working, not just parts scattered around the manitowoc test yard. Wish i wwould have gotten closer though, to check out the octa-tracs and get better video/photos, but this will suffice. This was at TVA Paradise KY
